HOME WORKOUT WEEK 2

Welcome to week 2! I am incorporating skills that we tested on the track. These workouts will help supplement your weekly workouts at the gym or at MolerFit! 

 Part 1:

FOR TIME

1,2,3,4…10

Jump squats

Push-ups

EX:  Round 1: 1 jump squat, 1 pushup

Round 2: 2 jump squats, 2 pushups

Round 3: 3 jump squats, 3 pushups

Continue with as little rest as possible till you reach 10 squats & 10 pushups – Record Time

 Part 2:

5 Rounds (30 seconds each movement):

Side Plank – Left

Side Plank – Right

 Part 3:

FOR TIME: 150 walking lunges (75/leg). Every time you have to rest 1 min of plank – Record Time
