Focus on the positives

Can we please, please start focusing on all the positive ways your body looks and performs? It’s a gift and we need to cherish it and embrace all of our imperfections. No one is perfect. We all struggle with insecurities. Losing 5 or 10 pounds will not make you happy.  Getting “toned” won’t either.

Love your body and yourself! Love what it does for you! Love your strength! Be thankful of it daily. It feels much better than the constant negativity.
